About Me

I'm a creative technologist who's spent 25 years exploring what's possible at the intersection of code and visual experience. I work with WebGL, Three.js, React Three Fiber, AR, and VR to build things that push technical boundaries while staying performant and beautiful.

I specialize in bridging 3D pipelines to the web - bringing high-quality assets from Unity, Unreal, and Blender into performant web experiences through techniques like VAT (Vertex Animation Texture), optimized models, and efficient animation systems. I'm drawn to projects that blend experimentation with execution — shader systems, particle effects, real-time 3D environments, and interactive experiences that make people go "wait, how does that work?"

How I Work

R&D Mindset

I love the messy middle of solving problems that don't have Stack Overflow answers yet. Whether it's custom shaders, complex animations, or finding creative solutions to performance challenges, I enjoy the puzzle-solving as much as the final product.

Technical + Creative

I speak both languages fluently. I can translate "we want it to feel more organic" into actual code, and explain technical constraints without killing creative ambition.

Collaborative or Solo

I work best as the sole technical lead, collaborating closely with designers, UX specialists, and creative directors to bring their vision to life. I translate design intent into performant code and can work directly from Figma, design specs, or creative briefs.
